Who Are These Sessions For?

  • Adults (18+)
  • People under stress, overwhelm, or emotional exhaustion
  • Caregivers and professionals who are “always on”
  • Anyone who needs a structured outlet with professional support If you’re carrying it alone, you do not have to keep doing that.

Location

All sessions are virtual and held on secure Zoom. You can join from anywhere — camera on or off.
